How it works

Step 1

Email angela.rima [at] hotmail [dot] com stating:

(i) the service(s) required,

(ii) the word/page count of the manuscript, and

(iii) whether you want to use American or British English.

Include a 250-word sample of your manuscript if you aren’t sure which service you need.

Step 2

Review the recommended service, quotation (valid for 7 working days), and estimated time of completion. The fee quoted covers the service requested and two (2) subsequent revisions. Let me know if you want to proceed.

Step 3

If you wish to proceed, please make a 50% deposit within three (3) working days of confirmation. Payment can be made through CIMB/Maybank/M2U/PayPal. Work will begin once the deposit has been received.

Step 4

I will inform you when editing/proofreading has been completed. Please make payment of the remaining 50% within seven (7) business days of this notification, following which I will return the edited manuscript. Two (2) versions of the edited manuscript will be returned: one with changes tracked, and another with changes accepted.

(Step 5)

If you make additions to the manuscript before submission, I recommend that the manuscript be edited/proofread again before that. The quoted fee will apply only to these further changes.
